All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery and should arrive within 3 working days

Postage and Packaging

All items will be packaged in a gift box and will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery and should be signed for when delivered.

Postage and packaging costs are as follows:

Cancellations and refunds

We are happy to accept the cancelation of any order if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt. A refund will only be offered if the security tag on the item has not been tampered with. If we find that the security tag has been removed or tampered with in any way then we will be unable to offer any refund. All refunds will be for the value of the item only, postage and packaging will not be refunded in any case.

Unfortunatley we cannot accept any returns for any earring product due to hygiene reasons. This includes earrings that were purchased as part of a gift set

If you do choose to return any item, please return the goods to me in the same good condition as they were received, preferably via recorded mail, with a written explanation as to why it is being returned.
